About me
Hi, my name is Jessica Howell Waldrop; I am the owner and lead photographer at J. Howell Art Photography. I am based in South Louisiana, but I love to travel!

I have a master's degree in art education, and I teach art at the secondary and collegiate levels. I enjoy all things creative, especially creative portrait photography.
My husband and I have 2 sweet kids that are our greatest blessings!! We are also huge animal lovers, and we are eager to spend time outside participating in fun and adventurous activities as a family. I find a lot of my inspiration from the beautiful nature we are surrounded with here in the South.

Although I specialize in wedding photography, I capture a variety of major life events for my loyal clients. From senior portraits to family lifestyle sessions, your life is my canvas. I even take infant and animal portraits! Working with fun and adventurous couples and families to capture their unique personalities is my passion!
